Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Taheri Immigration Services. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • Work language: English.
