Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Multirim Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and office maintenance
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, including data analysis and visualization
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
