Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Maximum Technologies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to operate efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
