Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. If you are a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Nursing Care: Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Manage Medications and Supplies: Safely manage medications, narcotics, and other supplies, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure Resident Safety: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency.
- Clearance: Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check, and a Clear Criminal Record check.
