We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager to join our team at TMG (Tri-Mach Group). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the effective management of our business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to business applications, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- System Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of new and existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use our business applications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of ERP system configuration and report generation.
- Skills: Strong relational database modeling skills, excellent knowledge of operating systems and service application environments, and experience with Artificial Intelligence applications in a business setting.
