Career Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to lead our Personal Lines team.

Job Description: The successful candidate will actively work with team members to maintain client satisfaction, serve as the front-line contact for policy reviews and coverage changes, and negotiate with clients and carriers for optimal retention and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Lead policy reviews and coverage changes, ensuring seamless client experiences
  • Maintain and grow the existing book of clients through effective relationship management
  • Negotiate with clients and carriers to optimize retention and satisfaction levels
  • Participate in renewal review processes to drive business growth
  • Foster leads and capitalize on opportunities to expand client base
  • Provide guidance and support to all PIB branches, promoting consistency and excellence
  • Maintain Epic (Business Management System) and internal processes, ensuring operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Operational Change Management Committee to drive business outcomes
  • Deliver training sessions for Account Managers on operational processes, enhancing their skills and confidence
  • Support Account Managers and Junior Account Managers, providing mentorship and guidance

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or service and support environments
  • Proficiency in EPIC and Carrier Portals
  • Proven track record in team leadership and coaching
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical product knowledge and industry acumen
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
