About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at The Institute for Performance and Learning. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee and labour relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to management on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
