About the Role

Famstr Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels.
  • Team Management: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are equipped to meet work demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
