Job Summary

    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
