The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Aviva is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development and implementation of our IAM program. As a Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of senior engineers and technical support specialists in designing and delivering enterprise IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of IAM senior engineers and technical support specialists to implement the Aviva IAM vision and roadmap.
- Develop and evolve solution architectures and designs for IGA, CIAM, and PAM solutions.
- Propose, evaluate, and recommend solution alternatives that meet business strategy requirements and current state environment constraints.
- Deliver architectures and designs in agile and iterative waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Support the development of comprehensive IAM strategy roadmaps and provide input to ensure project investments align with the target state architecture.
- Author patterns to drive reuse of IAM solutions across the Aviva organization.
- Drive the technical evaluation of third-party technologies and products.
- Be an authoritative partner with deep experience in IGA, CIAM, and PAM solution architecture and design best practices.
- Liaise with cloud, integration, data, application, infrastructure architecture, and development/engineering teams to ensure solution architecture views are defined and elaborated.
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security and business objectives and outcomes by establishing metrics for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience leading and coaching technical teams to their highest potential.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in implementing IAM technologies, processes, and capabilities.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of IAM tools, including OKTA Customer Identity Cloud, Sailpoint IdentityNOW, BeyondTrust, and CyberArk.
- Experience in integrating CIAM, IGA, and PAM tools and deep understanding of CIAM technologies, controls, and standard methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge and application of IAM capabilities, including authentication, authorization, attribute/policy/role-based access control management, access certifications, PAM secrets management, and fraud detection.
- Working knowledge of cloud providers, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure/Entra, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Extensive experience in applying IT risk management practices to assess, measure, and reduce risk related to the IAM domain.
- Ability to influence technology teams to deliver streamlined customer identity experiences.
