Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Empire Logistics & Transport Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one place to another.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize resource allocation.
  • Task Organization: Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management: Revise and update the type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations and performance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of logistics equipment and facilities.
  • Warehouse and Production Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient inventory management and production planning.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week work schedule.
