Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager, Counterparty Credit to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the effective management of counterparty credit risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate counterparty credit risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on risk exposure and mitigation efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective risk management
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial institution
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
