Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Market and Counterparty Credit Risk to lead our Business Analysis team in the MCCR group. As a key member of our Technology and Operations division, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in leading requirements and functional architecture for large programs. You will be responsible for owning and leading the end-to-end functional requirements for MCCR, including Large Capital Market Programs, New Entity Work, and Large Transformational programs like CCR Modernization.

You will also be responsible for co-chairing the MCCR Design Council, ensuring that all design decisions adhere to overall T&O and GRM Strategy. Additionally, you will resolve complex issues and conflicts, escalate to executive level where required, and establish and maintain strong business partnerships with GRM stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Market and Counterparty Credit Risk and Group Risk Management Functions within a Financial Service Organization. You will also have advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as experience in Dev Ops and Agile delivery methodologies.

What You Will Do
  • Own and lead the end-to-end functional requirements for MCCR
  • Co-chair the MCCR Design Council
  • Resolve complex issues and conflicts
  • Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with GRM stakeholders
  • Manage the MCCR team of business analysts

Requirements
  • 15+ years of Lead Business Analysis experience
  • Experience leading requirements and functional architecture for large programs
  • Strong understanding of Market and Counterparty Credit Risk and Group Risk Management Functions
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in Dev Ops and Agile delivery methodologies
