Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to facility operations
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Manage the facility's operations budget
  • Plan and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing and walking
