Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to facility operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead the hiring and training process for facility staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a physically demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word proficiency.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Permanent work term with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
