Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Statistics: Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to facility operations, ensuring timely and accurate data.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performing team that meets the needs of the facility.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong team player attitude.
Experience:
  • Duration: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
