Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Optimization Trainee, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing our company's operational processes across various departments. Your tasks will include:

  1. Reviewing existing operational processes with sector managers to identify areas for improvement
  2. Drafting and/or modifying operational processes as needed to increase efficiency and productivity
  3. Reviewing the quality manual with the team to ensure compliance with industry standards
  4. Analyzing and modifying the organization's document management method as necessary
