At Groupe RP, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our engineering team. With a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, this individual will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and process improvement across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Six Sigma and be proficient in AutoCad, MS Office, and MRP. A strong understanding of business relationships and the ability to analyze factors limiting performance are also essential. The selected candidate will lead continuous improvement groups, develop business relationships with suppliers, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

As a key member of our team, the Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist will work closely with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions. A strong understanding of digital transformation and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are also necessary.

With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. We offer a competitive salary, group insurance, pension funds, RRSP, and generous vacation time. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
