Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Ilan Elkeslassy. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance with daily living activities, household chores, and companionship to individuals in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Shop for groceries and household supplies
  • Assist with medication management and other health-related tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

Our Home Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community centers. The work environment is non-smoking, and optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis.
