  • Work closely with studio leads and the Global Publishing team to deliver community strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze community trends, providing insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 8+ years of experience in audience/community management, preferably in the video game sector.
  • Proven track record of building growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms.
  • Strong passion for the games industry and ability to empathize with player needs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Competitive salary range: $99,000 - $120,000 per year.
