We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our titles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute audience growth and engagement plans across various platforms.
- Work closely with studio leads and the Global Publishing team to deliver community strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze community trends, providing insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 8+ years of experience in audience/community management, preferably in the video game sector.
- Proven track record of building growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms.
- Strong passion for the games industry and ability to empathize with player needs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $99,000 - $120,000 per year.
