We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our mechanical team, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various commercial and institutional buildings and complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial and institutional buildings and complexes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client objectives.
- Manage project financial reviews and maintain budgets.
- Participate in client management, business development, and proposal preparation activities.
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Currently registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA or other Canadian Province or Territory.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Revit.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including the National Building Code, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
