Job Summary

Hall Constructors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training and Cost Coordinator to support the company's costing and training departments.

Key Responsibilities

The Training and Cost Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the costing department, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets, entering data, and verifying invoices and tickets.
  • Assisting with training-related tasks, such as booking courses, uploading certificates, and maintaining training records.
  • Collaborating with field crews to ensure accurate and timely costing reports.
  • Supporting transaction processing related to job costing, time entry, billing, and third-party invoice processing.
  • Assessing and reporting on both active and closed projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Basic understanding of project job costing, time entry, and billing processes.
  • Knowledge of job costing and learning management tools is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in construction or related fields is an asset.
