Key Responsibilities:Costing Support:
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for job costing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter data for equipment costs and fuel expenses, verifying invoices and tickets for proper coding.
- Collaborate with field crews to ensure accurate and timely costing reports.
- Support transaction processing related to job costing, time entry, billing, and third-party invoice processing.
Training Support:
- Book training courses and track staff training hours, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Upload certificates and training records to the company LMS, maintaining accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Basic understanding of project job costing, time entry, and billing processes.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
