Key Responsibilities:

Costing Support:

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for job costing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter data for equipment costs and fuel expenses, verifying invoices and tickets for proper coding.
  • Collaborate with field crews to ensure accurate and timely costing reports.
  • Support transaction processing related to job costing, time entry, billing, and third-party invoice processing.

Training Support:

  • Book training courses and track staff training hours, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Upload certificates and training records to the company LMS, maintaining accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Basic understanding of project job costing, time entry, and billing processes.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and thrives in structured, process-driven environments.

Qualifications:
