L'analyste de transport est responsable de la surveillance proactive des conteneurs en entrée et du retrait des fournisseurs à travers le Canada, ainsi que de l'assurance d'un service exceptionnel aux fournisseurs et aux parties prenantes internes. Ce poste répond à tout impact affectant l'arrivée à temps et travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de dispatching interne, les fournisseurs CTR et les partenaires de transport pour développer des plans de livraison lorsque nécessaire. L'analyste de la chaîne de transport soutient également l'intégrité des données et l'exactitude de l'information dans les systèmes de suivi utilisés par les parties internes et externes (JDA/Yard Smart).

Compétences et responsabilités
  • Effectuer des tâches de surveillance proactive des conteneurs pour prévenir, identifier, résoudre et communiquer tout retard ou problème de retrait des fournisseurs.
  • Assurer l'intégrité de l'information dans les systèmes de suivi CTC (JDA/Yard Smart / PowerBI).
  • Donner des mises à jour sur l'état opérationnel pour les gestionnaires et les parties prenantes internes, selon les besoins.
  • Travailler avec les partenaires ferroviaires et les autres transporteurs tiers pour maintenir un mouvement temporel et une fluidité des conteneurs CTC.
  • Contribuer au développement des connaissances et compétences de la chaîne d'approvisionnement CTC en matière de mouvements ferroviaires et d'utilisation des conteneurs en entrée.
  • Créer et mettre à jour les mouvements de systèmes pour les conteneurs en entrée dans Yard Smart.
  • Gérer la boîte aux lettres de l'équipe et répondre aux questions des parties prenantes internes et externes.
Exigences
  • Expérience antérieure en dispatching ou en transport est un atout.
  • Connaissances des systèmes de transport CTC (c'est-à-dire Insight, JDA, Yard Smart).
  • Connaissances démontrées de la législation sur les heures de travail, du transport de marchandises dangereuses et de la Loi sur la circulation routière.
  • Connaissances géographiques excellentes du Canada.
  • Connaissances de l'opération intermodale CN & CP.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation de MS Access, des outils en ligne CP & CN et de Yard Smart.
  • Compétences de communication exceptionnelles (écrit et oral), y compris un comportement calme, professionnel et amical sous pression.
  • Capacité à fonctionner efficacement dans un environnement rapide avec des délais serrés.
  • Connaissance forte de la qualité du service et engagement envers elle.
  • Compétences organisationnelles solides ; capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à gérer les priorités changeantes quotidiennement et en temps réel.
  • Compétences de prise de décision et de résolution de problèmes objectives.
  • Connaissance solide de MS-Office et des systèmes de transport CTC.
  • Flexibilité d'heures en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
