**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst - LTL to join our team at Bison Transport. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for establishing rates on customer RFPs and rate-related requests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain accurate pricing models and rate structures.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Operations team to develop and implement pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and rate implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance.
  • Minimum two years' experience in financial analysis, pricing models, and/or cost modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in other Office programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-focused mindset.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
