Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized vehicle recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, and specifications to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure seamless customer experiences and promote additional sales opportunities.
- Valid VSA MDC License and British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
