Job Title: Quality Systems Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand and make a real impact on the quality of our food and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with restaurant teams to provide training and support on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest food safety and quality trends.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to restaurant teams on food safety and quality matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, nutritional science, or a related field.
  • Public Health Food Handler and Inspection certifications an asset.
  • Experience in food and/or foodservice industry (5 years) preferably with pre-requisite or food safety systems.
  • Fluent in Microsoft office, Adobe, Power BI/dashboarding, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, Change Management, Document control.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and French an asset.
  • Canadian Public Health, Safe Food for Canadians regulations and Food and Drug Act and regulations knowledge.
