About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bar.B.Q 1988. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure that our kitchen operations are efficient and profitable.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure that our kitchen meets all health and safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
