Administrative Coordinator

FasGas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Operations Management: Assist in the planning and organization of daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
- Recruitment: Assist in the planning and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
