Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef - Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as ordering supplies and equipment and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Culinary Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to menu specifications and recipes.
  • Sourcing and Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment and maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a busy kitchen environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to hot temperatures.
