At Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. Your duties will include consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions, as well as providing advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties. You will also be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Additionally, you will participate in the redesign of applications and other software, and supervise other technical support workers in this group. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
