Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at All Seasons Restaurant and Lounge. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals.
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence for management.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
