Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Rainforest Cafe. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
