We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to support a successful jewelry maker in Vancouver. This is a unique opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment, with a mix of personal and executive-type duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between the executive and other household staff to ensure projects are assigned, completed, and payments are organized.
  • Manage calendars related to personal property, including boats, houses, and external contractors.
  • Act as the first point of contact between managers and internal/external clients.
  • Manage email inboxes, personal and work calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Make transport, business accommodation, and travel arrangements, and organize events and conferences.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Filing business and travel expenses.
Requirements
  • 2 years of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Comfortable working independently, with great problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Driver's license preferred.
