We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pagnotta Industries, Inc. in Dawson Creek, BC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide clerical support to our site management staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents, and will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as payroll entries, technical list development, and data sheet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete payroll entries for company and sub-trade workers.
  • Develop and maintain technical lists, such as phone/email lists or other project-related forms.
  • Write letters and emails, develop and maintain data sheets.
  • Develop and maintain meetings and activities scheduled for project personnel.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Valid license. Having a personal vehicle is an asset.
