Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dawson Creek, BC. The successful candidate will provide clerical support to our site management staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and maintaining electronic and hard copy records.
- Preparing and distributing project-related documents and reports.
- Coordinating meetings and activities for project personnel.
- Developing and maintaining technical lists and project-related forms.
- Providing administrative support to site management staff.
- Scanning and copying documents as needed.
- Setting up meetings and ensuring timely follow-up.
Requirements
- 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Valid license and reliable transportation.
