About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protective Services Executive Director to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, aligning with our mission and vision.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, driving growth and development.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a high-performing team.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to a team of more than 20 people, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and a large workload.
Personal Suitability
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and sound judgement, ensuring a positive impact on the organization.
  • Work Term and Language: Work on a permanent basis, with a 37.5-hour workweek, and communicate effectively in English.
