Protective Services Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protective Services Executive Director to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the protective services department, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, material, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring a strong and capable team.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and respectful image.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, sound judgement, and a high level of organization, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
