About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protective Services Executive Director to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the organization, allocating resources to implement policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, and organized.
  • Experience: Have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: Work 37.5 hours per week.
Language and Work Environment
  • Language: Work in English.
