Protective Services Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protective Services Executive Director to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Supervision: Oversee a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the success of the organization.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound judgement, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, requiring a long-term commitment to the organization.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication, with a strong emphasis on clear and concise expression.
- Hours of Work: The standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
