We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jai Mak Foods Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. Main Responsibilities- Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Cost products and services effectively to maintain profit margins while ensuring high-quality offerings.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stockroom efficiently to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
- E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations to safeguard employees, customers, and the environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to build trust and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations.
