Job Summary

Ustaad G 76 Kamloops is seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Present menus to customers and make recommendations
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons and provide a warm welcome
    • Answer questions and provide information about menu items and daily specials
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Manage table settings and ensure a clean and organized dining area
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth service experience
