Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Ustaad G 76 Kamloops. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Present menus to guests and make recommendations on food and beverage options
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Customer Service
    • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
    • Ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Manage table settings and ensure a clean and organized dining area
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest needs are met
Work Environment

As a Server at Ustaad G 76 Kamloops, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
