Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Days Inn. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests, ensuring that they are aware of our daily specials and promotions.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that guests receive their orders promptly.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that we have a sufficient supply to meet guest demand.
  • Teamwork
    • Supervise other servers and bussing staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Will train

Working Conditions
