Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Days Inn. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our offerings.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring we have a sufficient supply to meet guest demand.
  • Teamwork
    • Supervise other servers and bussing staff, ensuring they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Balance cash and record sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 34 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
