Sales Territory Manager

About This Role
The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is a developmental role to prepare candidates to become a Territory Manager within the Endoscopy Division. The ATM will be assigned by region to a specific territory, primarily working under the guidance of 1-2 Territory Managers, to deliver exceptional service through team-driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities that reflect the company's strategy and priorities.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through routine visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to support account ownership and drive sales revenue.
- Develop business plans to achieve revenue targets and support the company's growth initiatives.
- Assist in professional education activities sponsored by Boston Scientific.
- Communicate effectively with Regional Managers on ongoing business activities.
What You'll Need
- Relevant business experience, preferably in the medical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Prior experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
