Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs. They will work closely with Territory Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends, and develop quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
  • Work closely with Territory Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
  • Develop quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist in professional education activities sponsored by Boston Scientific.
  • Provide timely updates to Regional Managers on ongoing business activities.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of relevant business experience.
  • BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • Prior experience collaborating within teams and demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Ability to determine and set direction.
  • Previous experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
