About the Role

CARS R US INC is seeking a skilled Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Apprentice Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians in the diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify faults and malfunctions in automotive systems.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Effectively repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Estimate Costs and Labor: Accurately estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing transparent and competitive pricing to our customers.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other essential tasks to ensure vehicles are running at peak performance.
  • Test and Adjust Units: Utilize specialized equipment to test and adjust mechanical units to specifications, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed and future repair requirements, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
  • Complete Reports and Records: Accurately document problems and work performed, maintaining detailed records for future reference and quality control.
