About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our team at BHS Auto Repair Ltd. As an Apprentice Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a experienced team of technicians and learn the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workflow
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Language and Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
