About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our team at A-1 Muffler & Tires. As an Apprentice Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a experienced team of technicians and learn the latest techniques and technologies in the automotive repair industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify potential problems
  • Repair and replace parts and components as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Work Environment

Our workshop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and technologies. As an Apprentice Automotive Technician, you will be exposed to a range of work conditions, including dusty, outdoors, dirty, hot, and noisy environments.
